REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At ZONIXBD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The item is not damaged, altered, or soiled.
You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation message).
The item is not part of our list of non-returnable categories (see below).
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong item, or wrong color sent in error) are eligible for free return, exchange, or refund, provided you report the issue within 3 days of delivery with photos/video of the item as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrectly sent:
Inner wear and undergarments (if applicable).
Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance/flash sale at a steep discount, where explicitly stated at checkout.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, the reason, and supporting photos/videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is approved, along with return instructions.
Once approved, pack the item securely with original tags and packaging and send it to our address (Zam Zam Tower, Uttara, Dhaka), or hand it to our courier partner if pickup is arranged.
Items returned without prior approval, or that do not meet the eligibility criteria above, may be refused or sent back to the customer at their cost.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or via mobile financial service (e.g., bKash / Nagad) transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, using the details you provide.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any item returned with damage or missing components.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability, we will arrange the exchange once the original item is received and verified. If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead, at your preference.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible via Phone / WhatsApp: 01309916222 or Email: zonixbdinfo@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return per the process above once delivered.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or mobile financial service provider (bKash/Nagad), as processing times can vary.
